1、XXX小额贷款股份有限公司章程（草案）第一章总则第一条为维护公司、股东的合法权益，规范公司的组织和行为，根据《中华人民共和国公司法》（以下简称《公司法》）和其他有关法律、行政法规的规定，制订本章程。第二条公司名称：小额贷款股份有限公司（以下简称公司）第三条公司住所：第四条公司营业期限：永久存续（或：自公司设立登记之日起至年月日）。第五条董事长司本念为公司的法定代表人，曹鹤令为公司副董事长，周蕊为公司监事，陈宏、司恒睿为公司董事。第六条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任。
