2、市场也在快速的发展之中。汽车工业发展迅速，随着汽车保有量的增加，汽车维修保养行业也迅速发展，许多企业都在角逐国内汽车维修保养市场。目前，国内洗车机设备性能不够稳定，故障率高，外观设计存在抄袭，粗糙等弊端。本文以西门子WinCC为背景，对自动洗车的工艺特点、工艺参数、控制难点进行综合分析，确定了自动洗车的控制方案，并对自动洗车控制系统进行了系统模拟联调和运行，完成了自动洗车控制系统中流程图绘制、数据库建立、动态链接、画面切换、故障和报警系统设计等等，实现了洗车过程中手自动切换，完成预洗、泡沫冲洗、清水冲洗和风干等环节。关
