1、摘要第三代(3G)移动通信是目前移动通信发展的主要方向。TD-SCDMA是我国具有自主知识产权的3G通信制式。随着TD-SCDMA技术的日益成熟，我国相继开展了对TD-SCDMA网络的规模试验。因此，进行TD-SCDMA网络规划设计显得至关重要。通过借鉴2G网络规划的经验，结合TD-SCDMA自身特点，本文从网络运行以及市场定位角度对TD-SCDMA的网络规划进行了研究。首先，由一般无线网络规划引出了TD-SCDMA无线网络规划的设计流程，阐述了TD-SCDMA无线网络规划的设计特点(邻区规划、频率规划、码资源规划、多载频组网等)。接着，详细研究了网络规划设计
2、，包括无线网络规划目标、链路预算、无线传播模型覆、容量规划以及覆盖规划。TD-SCDMA移动通信无线网络规划包括网络规划流程、网络覆盖流程、覆盖规划、无线小区规划、位置区规划。此次无线网络规划主要以覆盖规划和容量规划为依托，以兴城市四家村附近区域为案例，以辽宁工程技术大学为详细实例，进行站址的实际设计。本文为进一步促进TD-SCDMA网络的商业化，建设一个能够有效管理、可靠运营和便于维护的TD-SCDMA网络，提供了有效技术支持。关键词:TD-SCDMA；无线网络规划；覆盖规划；容量规划IABSTRACTThird-generation(3G)mobileco
