1、ABCD公司薪酬管理制度一、薪酬管理的目的薪酬是员工的劳动报酬，是公司对员工劳动成果的评价，公平合理的薪酬有利于激励员工的积极性、敬业精神，增强公司凝聚力和团队荣誉感。薪酬管理的主要目的如下：1、保障员工基本生活水平。2、鼓励员工高效率地工作。3、鼓励员工积极提高工作所需要的技能和能力。4、吸引和留住组织需要的优秀员工。为适应企业发展要求，充分发挥薪酬的激励作用，根据公司现状，特制定本规定。二、适用范围本制度适用于ABCD公司所有员工（董事长和总经理除外）。三、术语说明1、工资与薪酬《劳动法》中的工资是指用人单位依据国家有关规定或劳动合同的约定，以货币形式直接支付给本单位劳动者的劳动报酬，一
