4、income,debt,expenditures,loans,guaranteesandotherfactors,determinestheloanamountandterm,controleachrepaymentdoesnotexceedtheamountoftheborrowerrepaymentability.Principlesoftrans-regionallimitsBranchesshallnotinprincipletooperatingincomemainlycomesfromoffsite(prefecture-levelci
5、tiesandadministrativedivisionsatorabove)orinward(MS)chargeprovidedcreditsupportforindividualcustomersislocatedindifferentplaces,butexceptthosewithuniqueadvantagessuchascritical.Havesetupbranchesindifferentplaces,otherbodiesarenotentitledtocarryoutthebranchofcreditbusinessinthe
