2、的就在于既要满足需要,又能在不同情况下使相关总成本最低,因而在整体投资决策中居于举足轻重的主体地位,如何有效降低存货,提高客户服务水平一直都是企业在发展中首要考虑的问题,目前,实行零存货管理才成为了企业最理想的存货管理办法。本文通过对海尔企业的零存货管理模式的研究,介绍了零存货的真正含义及其管理,结合海尔的发展状况来说明零存货管理模式存在的优越性以及海尔公司在运用的过程中取得的成功,以及其实施零存货存在的问题,强调零存货在采购、生产、销售方面的重要性,并提出有效解决问题的办法,实现存货水平的最大化,向真正的
