1、论金融创新对金融发展的影响福建江夏学院金融学院投资经理陈嘉帅20150523摘要金融创新是金融发展的一把双刃剑，不仅会对金融发展产生积极促进作用，也会产生一定的消极影响。从积极面看，金融创新增强了金融机构、金融市场的运作效率，同时促进了金融制度的发展。从消极面看，金融创新加大了金融业的风险，削弱了货币政策的运行效率，降低了金融体系的稳定性和金融监管的有效性，同时还增加了发生金融危机的概率。但是金融创新整体上利大于弊，要大力发展，我国金融创新起步较晚，相对落后，金融业的全面开放将引发我国金融创新高潮，同时也对我国金融监管体制提出
