2、llymeettheYibintravelneeds.Bus摘要随着石化企业生产逐步走向大型化、连续化，生产过程中存在的易燃、易爆、有毒、有害的危险物质随之增加，危险性也加大，石化企业生产的安全问题显得尤为总要。为了预防危险事故的发生，采用理论分析和重大危险源分析辨识相结合的方法，通过对油品储罐区的初步危险危害分析，从人-机-环境以及生产过程四个方面系统的阐述油品储罐区存在的危险危害因素，揭示了各种事故致因因素的逻辑关系，提出了合理可行的安全对策措施，为日常的安全管理，安全规章制度及安全操作规程的健全，油品储罐区一旦发生事
