5、。positivecontroIgroupandcoenzymeQ10group.TheUVirradiation—induceddamagemodeIofWistarratswasestablishedbyexposingtoultraviolet.TheratsincoenzymeQ10groupwereintragastricadministratedbycoenzymeQ10every—dayforthreeweeksbeforeandduringUVexposure.Theratsinnorma
6、lgroupdidnotreceivedultravioletlight,andtheratsfrompositivegrouponlyunderwentultravioletraywithouttheadministrationofdrug.Histopathologicchangeswereobservedwithlightmicroscopy.ThecontentsofmaIondiaIdehyde(MDA),superoxidedismutase(SOD)inthecorneaIepitheliu
7、mweremeasuredbyphotometry.StatisticaIanalysiswasusedtoassessresuIts.·RESULTS:AfterUVirradiation.jnducedinjury.thecontentofMDAinpositivecontroIgroupwasincreasedandactivityofSODwasdecresedobviously,whichsignificantlydifferedfrOmthenormalcontrolgroup(P<0.01)
