2、成为了企业管理的核心内容。成本管理的成败对企业在竞争中取胜并取得持续发展至关重要。近些年，作为我国经济发展的核心组成部分的石油企业，无论是产业规模，还是产量都逐步的呈扩大的趋势，尽管前期在成本管理方面不断探索，通过实践有一定的进步，但在成本管理的研究深度、广度和力度等方面仍然存在着一定的不足。如何完善成本管理，采取科学的成本管理方法来提高成本运行效率，提高经济效益对于采油厂的开发和企业的发展至关重要。本文以DX采油厂成本管理为研究对象，基于采油企业成本精细化管理的相关理论，针对DX采油厂成本管理方面

3、存在的问题展开研究，通过客观的分析，认为采油厂的采油系统成本管理存在成本管理体制不健全、成本分析缺乏落实、预算不够精细、流程缺乏科学管理、对成本管理的重视程度不够等问题，这些问题均导致了DX采油厂的成本管理不能完全发挥作用，影响企业的经济效益。进而，提出完善预算制度，建立单井核算体系，从严落实成本考核体制，营造良好运营环境等成本精细化管理措施，提出了全新的成本精细化管理思路，意在寻求更为科学有效的成本精细化管理的保障机制和管理体系，为DX采油厂完善成本管理、提升管理能力和可持续发展能力奠定基础。关键
