3、andFristLadyMichelleObamafortheirgraciousaidthroughoutthistransition.Theyhavebeenmagnificent.Thankyou.Today’sceremony,however,hasveryspecialmeaning.Becausetoday,wearenotmerelytransferringpowerfromoneadministrationtoanotherorfromonepartytoanother.Butwearetr
