1、中西结合护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用孙红芳*李玉(*山东中医药大学第二附属医院内分泌科；山东中医药大学护理学院)【摘要】目的：探讨中两医结合护理方式在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的影响和患者对该护理方式辅助降糖的满意度。方法：随机选取入住木院的2型糖尿病患者100例，分为中丙结合护理组(n=50)和一般护理组(n=50),两组患者均给予降糖、降压、降脂以及饮食、运动等基础治疗，一般护理组给予2型糖尿病的常规护理，而中丙结合护理组采取常规护理和中医药特色护理相结合的方案。分别测定两组患者空腹及餐后2h血糖、果糖胺等糖代谢指标在治疗前后的变化，并通过调查问卷的方式获得两组患者对所采取护理方式
2、的满意度。结果:通过对比，治疗3周后两组均可降低2型糖尿病的血糖水平，其中中丙结合护理组在空腹及餐后2h血糖、果糖胺等糖代谢指标的控制程度上较一般护理组更明显，且临床患者对中丙医结合护理方式的满意度高于一般护理组。结论：中两医结合护理相比一般护理对2型糖尿病患者的降糖更明显，并且中两医结合护理方式也获得了患者较高的满意度。【关键词】中丙医结合；护理；糖尿病；患者【中图分类号】R573【文献标号】A【文章编号】2096-0867(2015)02-0041-02SunHongfang*,LiYu..*Thesecondaffiliatedhospitalofshandongunivers
