2、的企业人事管理系统就显得非常必要。随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识，它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。人事管理系统是任何一个现代化企事业单位不可或缺的部份,它的内容对于企事业的管理者来说至关重要。人事管理系统应该能够为管理者提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但现在很多单位并没有对人事工作进行电子化管理，还存在那种管理人员多，管理效率低，决策依据少的尴尬局面。因此，开发这样一套管理软件,对单位人事管理工作进行有效电子化管理，化简繁琐的手工操作，提高工作效率都是很有意
3、义的事情。按照软件工程的开发步骤，本系统的设计开发将按照开发背景、需求分析、系统设计、详细设计、编码实现和软件测试的顺序逐一进行。本设计最终要完成的是对企业人事管理系统的功能结构、业务流程图、数据库设计、数据库表逻辑结构设计和功能分析等功能的实现。关键词：企业人事管理系统；数据库；数据信息；多条件查询；IIIABSTRACTPersonnelmanagementisanindispensablepartofmodernenterprisemanagement,itisnecessarytopromotetheenter
