1、广东省路桥建设发展有限公司高速公路路政管理办法第一章总则第一条为规范和加强广东省路桥建设发展有限公司（以下简称：路桥公司）路政管理，达到依法治路，保护高速公路路产路权，保障高速公路安全畅通和高效运营，根据国家、省级交通主管部门和广东省交通集团有限公司的有关规定，结合路桥公司的实际情况，制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于路桥公司全资、控股、分公司以及委托管理的营运公司所管辖的高速公路路政大队（队）。第三条本办法以《公路法》、《公路安全保护条例》、《路政管理规定》、《广东省公路条例》、《广东省高速公路管理条例》、《广东省公路路政管理条例》、《广东省交通集团所属高速公路路政
2、管理办法》、《广东省交通集团高速公路营运管理规范》等文件作为编制依据。第二章机构设置及人员配置第四条路桥公司高速公路路政管理机构的设置1、路桥公司路政管理工作归口营运管理部；2、各高速公路路政队伍根据省交通厅粤交法函[2002]862号进行设置：以高速公路经营公司经营的路段为基础，原则上管辖里程在70公里以上的设路政大队；70公里以下的设路政队。thecharacteristicsofservicesforleaders.OfficepropertydeterminesthefeaturesofOfficeinformationwork.Beforethedeci
