1、摘要物流产业随着经济全球化和中国经济的快速发展,也将逐步进入快速发展阶段。物流设备与设施作为物质技术基础,对于发展现代物流,改善物流状况,促进现代化大生产、大流通,强化物流系统能力具有十分重要的地位和作用。一家专业物流公司,拥有大型集装箱、特种运输车辆、吊装设备、辅助物流设备和仓库、堆场等。在整个物流过程中,货物要经过包装、运输、装卸、仓储等作业环节。而且伴随着附加的辅助作业,这些作业的高效完成需要不同的物流设施设备。相应的一个完善的物流系统离不开现代先进水平的物流技术的应用。我国第三方物流发展处于
2、起步阶段，有很多第三方物流企业是由传统的运输业和仓储业转变而来，因此主要业务依然是运输和仓储。与发达国家相比，我国的第三方物流企业提供的物流服务还不够完善，主要问题还在于提高物流设施(设备)利用率的途径上。在一般的企业当中，设备投资常常在总投资中占较大的比例。因此，设备能否充分利用，直接关系到投资效益，提高设备的利用率，等于相对降低了产品成本。所以，作为企业的管理者，在进行生产决策的时候，一定要充分认识到提高物流设施(设备)利用率这一点。关键词：第三方物流企业物流设施(设备)提高设备利用率有效途径3
