2、ntheyellowsandysoilwashigherintheforwardperiodbutdecreasedquicklyinthelaterperiod.Ca2+(M92+).ATPaseandsolubleproteincontentinleafhadthesametrendwiththechlorophyllcontent.Totalsolublesugarhadthesametrendwiththepolysaccharidecontentinleaf,witchwerehigherwhenplantedonthe

3、yellowsandysoil,andlowerontheblacksoil,andthechangetrendwerenotaccordantwithchlorophyllcontentandsolubleproteincontent.Eveninthelateperiod,therewerehighsolublesugarandpolysaccharidecontentintheleaves.ThetotalNcontentoftheArtemisiaannuaL.wasthehighestwhenplantedonthebl

4、acksoilandthetotalPcontentandtotalKcontentwerethehighestwhenplantedontheyellowsandsoil.Forthesenescencecharacters,CAT,SODactivitieswerehigherbutPODactivitiesandMDAcontentwaslowerwhenArtemisiaannuaL.plantedontheblacksoilwitchshowedthesenescentspeedofplantwasslow.Therew

5、erethecontrarytrendaboutCAT,SOD,andPODactivitieswhenplantedontheyellowsandysoil,butMDAcontentwasthehighestwhenplantedonthewhiteclay.Third,ultravioletspectrophotometricwasusedtodeterminearterrnisinincontentofdifferentpartofplantinthisexperiment.TheresultshowedthattheIV

6、artermisinincontentwashighestinallpartsoftheplantwhenplantedonthewhiteclay,thenextwastheyellowsandysoil,andplantedontheblacksandysoilwasthelowest.TheyieldoftheWaSdeterminedbothbythebiomassandthecontentinArtemis施annuaL。Wecouldknowfromtheanalysisabove,ArtemisiaannuaL.th
