1、摘要自中国加入WTO以来，凭借雄厚的资金、强大的研究开发实力及纯熟的跨国兼并收购技巧，国际医药企业巨头陆续进入中国，国内医药企业面临严峻的挑战。在这种情况下，我国医药行业上市公司并购重组活动日益频繁，希望能够通过收购兼并、股权转让、股权投资和出售等手段，优化股权、资产及主营业务结构，实现企业资源的有效合理配置，增强协同能力，提高自身的国际竞争力。本文在阐述上市公司并购重组相关概念的基础上，探讨了现阶段我国医药行业上市公司并购重组的现状等内容，并结合理论知识，运用相关的财务指标，深入分析我国医药行业上市公司并购重组的绩效，得出并购其他
