1、英文摘要ABSTRACTInthispaper,thedynamicandacousticcharacteristicsofaheavycommercialvehiclecabwereresearchedbythemethodofFEM.Themodalcharacteristicsofthecab’Sbody—in—white(BIW)wereoptimizedandimprovedusingstructureoptimizationmethod.Thetopologyoptimizationpr

2、ogramforfreedampingmaterialwaswritten.Withthisprogram,thearrangementofthedampingmaterialonthecabwasoptimized.Sothepeakpressureatthereferencepointwasefficientlyreduced.Theresearchonastructure—acousticcouplingmodel,consistingofaluminumplateandtheacoustic

3、cavitNwasconducted.Theresultofthesimulationandexperimentallvalidatedthevalidityofthetopologyoptimizationprogram.ThefiniteelementmodelofcabwassetupbyHypermesh,andits10Wmodalanalysiswasconducted.Theanalysisresultshowedthatthefirstmodalfrequencyofthecabwa

4、slOW.Forraisingthefirsttorsionfrequencyofthecab,topologyoptimizationwasappliedtooptimizethestructureofthecab.Threeimprovingmethodswereputforwardonthebasisoftheoptimizationresult,likemodilyingtheoriginalreinforcedboards,addingnewreinforcedboardsandaddin

5、gstrengthenribs.Throughanalysisandcomparison,addingnewreinforcedboardswaschosenforthestructureimprovementscheme.Thenthethicknessofthenewreinforcedboardswasoptimized.Accordingtothecomparisonbetweentheoptimizedcabandtheoriginalone,it‘Sfoundthatthefirstto

6、rsionfrequencyofthecabenhancedfrom17.952Hzto22.200Hz,andbendingstiffnessandtorsionrigiditywasgreatlyimproved.Thestructure—acousticcouplingfiniteelementmodelofcabwasestablished.Modalcharacteristicsandacousticresponseofthemodelwereanalyzed.Theacousticstr

7、ucturalmodalparticipationfactorsandpanelacousticcontributionsforpeaksoundpressureatthereferencepointwerecomputedtofindstructuralmodalsandpanelsthathadmostinfluenceontheacousticresponseofvehicle.Thefrontpanelwastreatedwithdampingmaterialtoreducethepeakp
