3、ssionmodulusprincipleishighlighted.Basedonboilercombustionadjustmenttestdataof300MWunitcoal—firedboiler,BP—AdaboostmodelandLS—SVMmodelareusedtoestablishcombustionsystemmodelwhoseoutputsareboilerefficiencyandNOxemissionconcentrationandinputsarevariousoperatingvariables.Bothmodelsare

4、analyzedintheoreticalbasis,modelingtime—consuming,generalizationabilityandpracticalapplications.BP——Adaboostmodelismoresuitableforonlinetrainingandpredictingonlargesample.BasedonBP——Adaboostcombustionsystemmodel,boileroperationadjustableparametersastheoptimizationvariables,genetica

5、lgorithmoptimizationtechnologysearchestheglobaloptimizationtargetswhichareboilerefficiencyandNOxemissionconcentration.Double—objectiveoptimizationproblemistransformedintosingle-objectiveoptimizationproblembymeansofweightcoefficient.Accordingtodifferentrequirementsofboilerefficiency

6、andNOxemissionconcentrationinactualoperation,everyconditionisoptimizedundervariableweight.OptimizationresultsshowthatthereisabestcombinationpointbetweenboilerefficiencyandNOxemissions,whichnotonlyensuresthatNOxemissionconcentrationisbelownationalstandardandboilerefficiencycanbemain
