1、河海大学颂}：学位论文摘要碱激发胶凝材料以工业废渣为原料，无需高温煅烧，工艺过程简单，从而节约能源和资源，无污染，且性能优异，有必要大力发展。碱磷渣胶凝材料是以碱激发剂激发磷渣而组成的一种新型胶凝材料。本文的碱激发剂为稀水玻璃。本文以胶砂抗压强度为主要技术指标，参照GB／T17671．1999水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法)进行碱磷渣胶凝材料胶砂强度试验，系统地研究了磷渣细度、水玻璃模数、碱含量对碱磷渣胶凝材料的力学性能的影响。在强度试验的基础上，选择适当配比，按照GB／T1346--2001《水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性检验方

2、法》规定的试验方法，进行碱磷渣胶凝材料的凝结时问测定，并研究了磷渣细度、水玻璃模数、碱含量对碱磷渣胶凝材料的凝结时间的影响，最终确定了碱磷渣胶凝材料的适宜配比。试验结果表明，碱磷渣胶凝材料的力学性能较优，其胶砂试件28d的最高抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到了9．3MPa和102．5MPa。碱磷渣胶凝材料的凝结时间较短，但都可以达到硅酸盐水泥标准。用比表面积为380m2／kg的磷渣粉，以模数l鬻"啪璧髻“耋i主!q毒跨gl誓爵i囊§描二≤囊％_；i鲨j的物相组成、显微结构和孔结构。碱磷渣胶凝材料的水化!x河海人学硕L学位论文ABSTRACTI
