3、ationofbio-OssbioactivematerialsintherepaircystofjawbonedefectsaftersurgeryrepaireffectviaexaminationofthebonedifferencesinthesuchX-rayandCTs.Methods:ThereareCystcurettagejawcysts42casesadmittedtoourhospitalduring2011-2012.Dividedthemintotwogroups,including22ca

4、sesoftheexperimentalgroupand20onesbelongtothecontrolgroup,TheexperimentalgroupisinthecystcurettageimplantedBio-Ossthecalfbonemealwithamixtureofautologousblood,afterwordcovertheBio-Gidemembraneforguidedbonetissueregeneration.Controlgroupusingtraditionalsurgicalc

5、urettagecombinedwithiodoformgauzetoeliminateaftersurgerydeadspace.Patientswerefollowedup1,3,and6-3-万方数据months,respectively,radiology(X-RaypanoramicrayandCTscanexamination)toobservetheeffectofmandibulardefectrepairsurgery,viacomparingtheaveragebonemineraldensity

6、grayvalueoftheexperimentalgroupwiththecontrolgroupafterbonemineraldensitydifferences,usingthestatisticalevaluationatthesametime.Results:CalculatedbyCTscansandX-raypanoramicfilmshowedtheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup1,3,and6monthsaftersurgerybonemineraldensity

7、grayvaluesaresignificantdifferencesinbonetissueoftheexperimentalgroup.After6monthsthemandibulardefectareaoftheexperimentalgroupalmostcompletelyrepaired,nosignificantdifferencewiththesurroundingnormalbonetissue.Conclusions:Bio-Ossbiologicallyactivematerialhasace
