《气固两相流数值模拟在喷覆法线锯制作中的应用-研究》由会员上传分享,免费在线阅读,更多相关内容在行业资料-天天文库。
1、被埋在树脂层不参与切割,因此切割效率低。针对这种弊端,一种新的喷覆法制作金刚石线锯的研究受到重视。本文通过对金刚石磨粒喷覆过程进行气固两相流数值模拟,揭示了基于气体输送的金刚石磨粒喷覆时的运动规律,对喷覆法制作金刚石线锯具有重要意义。本文所做的主要工作和取得成果如下:(1)对气固两相流理论作了详细的研究,确定了最适合喷覆装置内流场的数学模型,对气相流场采用标准k—e模型,对颗粒相采用随机轨道模型,并且考虑颗粒之间碰撞、颗粒与壁面碰撞、相间耦合等对流场的影响。(2)对数值模拟的边界条件作了研究,确定了气流与颗粒相的边界条件。并对喷覆装置内流场进行了数
2、值模拟,得出:加入离散相后会对气相流场有所影响,使气流速度下降,但影响不大;锯丝上颗粒多数为喷嘴直接喷覆到锯丝上,经过颗粒之间碰撞和颗粒与壁面反弹之后被锯丝捕获的很少。(3)对喷覆法线锯制作进行实验,并测量气流场速度与颗粒速度。(4)通过气流场速度和颗粒速度的实验数据与数值模拟结果的对比,证明本文采用的数值模拟方法是可行的。关键词:线锯,喷覆法,数值模拟,气固两相流,喷覆装置浙江工业大学硕士学侥论文THEAPPLICATIoNoFNUMERICALSIMULATIoNOFGAS.SoLIDTWo.PHASEFLOWINTHEMANUFACTUREo
