3、nwirewaveguide.Also,integratedlaserpulsecompressionmethodsbasedonsiliconwaveguidesareproposed.Byoptimizingthestructureanddimensionoftheusedsiliconwaveguide,adjustingtheelectricalparametersappliedtothesiliconwaveguideortheamplifier,andoptimiz吨thedispersionandnonlinearityo

4、fsiliconwaveguide,theeffectivelaserpulsecompressioninsideandoutsidecavityarebotheffectivelyrealized.Weintroducetheresearchprogressonthepulsecompressionandsilicon-basedlasers.Thetheoreticalmodelofpulsecompressionandmode—lockinginsiliconwaveguidesisestablished.111efactorst
