1、伦敦保险业协会货物保险A条款（英文）INSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)RISKSCOVERED1.Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexceptasprovidedinclauses4,5,6and7below.2.Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffre
2、ightmentand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.3.ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthecontractofaff
3、reightment“BothtoBlameCollision”Clausesasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriterswhoshallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim.EXCLUSIONS4.Innoca
4、seshallthisinsurancecover4.1loss,damageorexpenseattributabletowillfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubjectmatterinsured4.3loss,damageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationo
5、fthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3“packing”shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerofliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)4.4loss,damageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesu
6、bject-matterinsured4.5loss,damageorexpenseproximatelycausedbydelay,eventhoughthedelaybecausedbyariskinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableunderClause2above)4.6loss,damageorexpensearisingfrominsolvencyorfinancialdefaultoftheownersmanagerscharterersoroperatorsofthevessel
7、4.7loss,damageorexpensearisingfromtheuseofanyweaponofwaremployingatomicornuclearfissionand/orfusionorotherlikereactionorradioactiveforceormatter.5.5.1Innocaseshallthisinsurancecoverloss,damageorexpensearisingfromunseaworthinessofvesselorcraft,unfitnessofvesselcraftco
