2、的安全性及临床疗效进而探讨其可能的作用机理。方法：采用随机、对照的试验方法，收集60例符合研究标准的DN患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例进行研究。对照组主要用胰岛素、厄贝沙坦、阿托伐他汀钙；治疗组在对照组的基础上加服黄芪葛根汤，疗程均为8周。选取治疗前后中医证候积分以及24zJ、时尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率、血脂、血压、血糖，肌酐等作为观察指标，以观察黄芪葛根汤的安全性及疗效。所得数据符合正态分布者，采用蹴!验进行统计分析；不符合正态分布者，采用秩和检验进行统计分析；计量资料采用卡方、肌出凇验。结果：(1)治疗组Il缶床总有效率为93％，对照组为83．4％，疗效优
