1、提要目的：探讨益气活血法治疗老年病的理论基础，统计陈泽涛教授临床用药频率，探讨陈泽涛教授运用益气活血法治疗老年病的学术思想。方法：根据纳入标准和排除标准，回顾分析2010年5月至2012年1月在山东中医药大学附属医院老年病科门诊就诊病历资料，得到110例病历，建立Access数据库，将所有方药输入到数据表中，对药物、药类进行频率分析。结果：共使用药物124种，累计用药频次1731次；黄芪、甘草、枳壳、赤芍、太子参、半夏、川芎、当归、桃仁、山药是导师临症最常用的前十味药；补虚药和活血化瘀药共占49.45%，是各类疾病治疗的基础药物、

2、主要药物；导师治疗胸痹每以归脾汤合生脉散、瓜蒌薤白白酒汤加减；治疗中风后遗症期以补阳还五汤加减；治疗时恶性肿瘤常以人参养荣汤加减；治疗眩晕常以升陷汤加减。结论：益气活血法是从老年气血血瘀这一生理病理特点出发，在中医辩证论治思想的的指导下，异病同治、辨证与辨病相结合的体现。关键词益气活血法；老年病；陈泽涛；临床经验。ProfChenzetao’sclinicalexperienceintreatmentofcommongeriatricdiseasesbysupplementingQiandactivatingbloodcircul
