2、)是黄芪的主要有效成分,具有抗辐射、抗氧化作用。本实验旨在观察大剂量∞Coy射线局部照射SD大鼠睾丸后,其病理结构及分子水平的改变并通过黄芪多糖灌胃组观察APS对∞Coy射线导致的损伤的影响及其机制。方法雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分成3组:空白对照组,照射对照组,黄芪多糖灌胃组。光镜对比观察各组大鼠睾丸间质细胞的形态学改变;ELISA法检测血清睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、过氧化氢酶(CA=r)的含量:采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法(羟胺法)测定血清SOD活力,半定量RT-PCR检测睾丸间质细胞黄体生成素受体(LHR
