2、ltilayerinsulationwasadoptedbythetankforcryogenicinsulation,andtheglassmicrofibersWOOlinsulationPaperwhichwasusedinthemulti.1ayerinsulationstructureplayedaparticularlyimportantroleinthewholeadiabaticperformance.Inordertoprepareabettercryogenicinsulationpaper,thepropertiesofglassmicrofiberswool,t

3、heperformanceofglassmicrofiberswoolpaperandthethermalconductivityofcryogenicinsulationpaperwerestudiedwhichcouldchoosetheoptimaltypeofglassmicrofiberswoolforpapermaking.Morfifiberqualityanalyzerwasusedtostudymorphologicalcharacteristicsofglassmicrofibersw001.Theresultswereasfollow:thearithmetica

4、veragelengthwasbetween0.426mm-0.459mm,theaveragelengthweightedlengthwasbetweenO.58mm-0.65mm,theaveragewidthwasbetween8.69m~l3.Ogm,theaverageroughnesswasfromO.5091m∥100mtoO.8539mg/lOOmandthekinkanglewasbetween1330with1380.Inaddition.theproportionofkinkfiberswasbetween11.5%~18.7%.andtheproportiono

5、fcurlfiberswasbetween16.1%-18%.Comparedwithotherfibers,theeffectofcryogenicinsulationmadebyBM.3glassmicrofibersWOOlwouldbebetter.ItWasmainlyattributedtotheBM一3glassmicrofibersWOOlwhohadsmallerkinkandlargercrimpcouldinterweavemorecloselyafterpapermaking.Usingstandardreliefdevicetodealwithdifferen

6、tfibers,itwasshowedthatwiththenumberofeaserevolutionsincreased,beatingIIIdegreeoffibersincreasedfirstly,andthenleveledoff5000rasaturningpoint.Accordingly,thelongfiberswerecutintheeaseprocess,andthebeatinghadchangedforthereasonofincreasingoffibers’quantity.Thewetpapermakingprocesswasusedinthisstu
