3、edout,andtheminimalinhibitoryconcentration(MIC)ofsensitivebacteriawasdeterminedbyturbidimetryTesting。Resultsthesensitiverangeofthe4alkaloidswasthesame,buttheantibacterialactivitywasdifferent,amongwhichberberinewasthemostsensitiveTheantibacterialactivitywasthehighest,followedbyHuangLianjianandBa

4、ma,andthealkaloidwastheleast;the4alkaloidsofCoptischinensisweregrampositiveTheinhibitoryactivityofthebacteriawasgreaterthanthatofGram-negativebacteriaandyeasts;eachalkaloidwasresistanttotheresistantStaphylococcusaureus(MR)TheantibacterialabilityofStaphylococcusaureuswasbasicallythesame.Conclusi
