3、nerabletoinfections,whichitwillhavedifficultyinfightingoff. ItisatthepointofveryadvancedHIVinfectionthatapersonissaidtohaveAIDS.ItcanbeyearsbeforeHIVhasdamagedtheimmunesystemenoughforAIDStodevelop.WhatarethesymptomsofAIDS?ApersonisdiagnosedwithAIDSwhentheyhavedevelope
