1、摘要物流外包作为目前企业发展的一种战略模式正在迅速发展，面对物流外包具有的各种优势，中小企业应该冷静地面对。物流外包过程中存在着大量来源广泛、产生机理复杂、发生后果严重的风险因素，因此，中小企业在实施物流外包战略过程中，针对物流外包活动过程中可能出现的风险进行全面的识别、分析和评价，建立相应的预防措施，在出现风险趋势和动向时规避风险，具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文首先从中小企业物流外包和风险管理的研究现状出发，阐述了中小企业对物流外包及其风险进行研究的目的和意义。其次，详细阐述了在中小企业在物流外包过程中存在的风险，包括外部环境风险、企业内部风险、过程管理风险、信息传递风险、财务风险，并对这

2、些风险的来源、危害、诱因进行了分析。在此基础上介绍了物流外包风险识别的相关方法，通过对各识别方法特征以及现行常用识别方法在中小企业物流外包风险识别中的不足的分析，选择了德尔菲法对中小企业物流外包过程中可能遇到的风险进行识别。再次，在对中小企业物流外包风险识别分析的基础上，建立了中小企业物流外包风险评价指标体系，并通过层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合，对中小企业物流外包风险等级、风险预测发生可能性进行了识别评价。最后，根据风险识别分析与评价的结果，对中小企业物流外包风险提出了相应的风险防范对策，通过企业自身风险防范机制与联合风险防范机制的建立来防范控制物流外包风险。关键词中小企业；物流外包；风
