7、·················34(二)国家有关施工及验收规范··················36(三)施工安全措施····························36-39-施工组织设计一、工程概况(一)建设工程特征该工程为新建的砖混结构住宅楼,建筑面积1.5万㎡,每层10户,共10层,层高3.3m,共总高度34m,计划工期7个月。工程位于南通市,区内地势较低,地下水位较高,夏季梅雨季节较长,其他季节适宜施工。砖墙承重结构,内、外墙均为240mm;每层设置圈梁;楼板为现浇混凝土楼板;屋顶为加气混凝土屋面板。屋面为三元乙丙防

8、水卷材。外墙为干粘石面层,内墙为白水泥腻子,乳胶漆刷两边10厚1:2水泥砂浆,15厚1:1:6水泥砂浆打底;楼面为25厚C20细石混凝土找平、20厚1:2水泥砂浆面层。胶合板门,
