4、entionandmitigationbasedontheGIS．tech．Thethesiscomethroughtheapplicationcase，whichistheanalysisofbuildingvulnerabilityandresidents’safetyofoneapartmentblockinacountyofGansuprovince，emphasisdiscussandanalysisfocusonhowtomakeuseofexistingcadastralinformation(includedigitalizecadastralmaps，urbanca

5、dastraldatabaseandrecordsoflandsurveyandSOon)，combinetheArcGISsoftwarepowerfulabilityofspatialanalysisandinformationmanagement，selectedonetypicalrepresentativeareaofthecountyforapplicationstudy．Firstlyrelevantbuildingvulnerabilityanalysisdatabaseisconstructed，throughtheanalysisofbuildingvulnera
