1、东北师范大学硕士学位论文完善我国高等职业教育发展的对策研究姓名：盛艳秋申请学位级别：硕士专业：马克思主义理论与思想政治教育指导教师：万兴亚20070501摘要当今世界，‘科学技术日新月异，知识经济方兴未艾，综合国力竞争日趋激烈，产业结构和劳动力结构正在发生深刻的变化。在这个大格局中，加速我国新型工业化进程对劳动者的知识技能要求也随之提高，教育同产业的结合也愈加密切。环顾全球，无论是发达国家还是新兴工业化国家，都把发展高等职业教育作为振兴经济、增强国力的战略选择。我国要想更加有效的参与国际合作，切实提高产业和产品竞争力，就必须不失时机地大力推进高等

2、职业教育。本文在对我国高等职业教育的现状进行系统分析研究的基础上，指出我国高等职业教育虽已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，为高等教育大众化作出了重大贡献，但目前高等职业教育发展仍不能满足经济社会对高层次技能型人才的需求，内涵发展不够，在诸多方面还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文在对我国高等职业教育发展的基本特征和意义进行阐述和分析的基础上，结合目前我国高等职业教育发展的实际，借鉴发达国家高等职业教育发展的先进经验，最终提出了完善我国高等职业教育发展的对策建议。本文的研究内容主要包括四个部分：第一部分：我国高等职业教育发展的基本特征和意义第二部分：我
