2、．日本的高等教育升学率在1960年代急剧上升，在1965年已经达到17．假、日本是最早成功实现高等教育大众化的国家之一。在极短的时间内实现高等教育大众化是中日两国高等教育发展的共同特征，如此快速的高等教育扩张，一方面有助于社会、经济的快速发展，另一方面也不可避免地带来了各种各样的社会问题及紧张。本论文将从中日比较的视角出发，运用文献法、比较法等研究方法对中日高等教育大众化发展的背景、高等教育大众化的发展历程、中国高等教育大众化历程中出现的问题及日本高等教育大众化对我国的启示等四个方面试做分析，以期能够为
