2、ageofthisAgreement.2.Acceptance.ThetermsandconditionssetforthonalltwelvepagesofthisAgreementisanoffertopurchaseServicebyCustomerwhichshallbecomeaServiceAgreementwhenacknowledgedinwritingbyABC'sServiceDepartment;andthebanking,negotiationorotheruseofanypaymentshallnotconstituteanaccept

3、ancebyABC.ItisagreedthatServiceshallbeprovidedonlyonthetermsandconditionscontainedinthisAgreement.ABCshallnotbeboundbytermsandconditionsinCustomer'spurchaseorderorelsewhereunlessexpresslyagreedtoinwriting.BothpartiestothisAgreementagreethatuponacceptancebyABC'sServiceDepartment,ABC's

4、interestintheAgreementisassignedtoABC,Inc.(MINC).3.ServiceDefinedABCagreestoprovideservicefortheCustomerfortheProductlistedonthefirstpageofthisAgreement.SuchProductsshallbeservicedaccordingtothetermsandconditionsonalltwelvepagesofthisAgreement("Service").TheServiceshallbeginandendont

5、hedatessetforthonthefirstpageofthisAgreement.ABCshallalsoServiceotherProductmanufacturedbyMINC.orMINC'ssubsidiariesandpurchasedbycustomerduringthetermofthisAgreementonthesametermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreementatthethencurrentservicefeesforsuchProduct.UpondeliveryofsuchotherProd

6、ucttoCustomer,servicefeesforServiceofsuchotherProductshallbeaddedtothebillingcyclefollowingexpirationofthelaborwarrantyonsuchotherProduct.Intheeventofloss,damage,theftorremovalfromServiceofanyProduct,Customershallimmediatelyreporttheloss,damage,theftorremovalinwritingtoABC.Inthiseven

7、t,Customer'sobligationtopayservicefeeswithrespecttoanysuchProductshallterminateattheendofthemonthinwhichABCreceivessuchwrittenreport.MobileProductshallberemovedandreinstalledindifferentvehiclesatCustomer'srequestfortheservicefeeineffectatthetimeofCustomer'srequest.ThisAgreementdoesno
