3、g’k91),orbothhighlipidfoodandlowdoseofSTZ(30mg·kg’1)byintraperitonealinjection,respectively.Andplasmaglucose,bodyweightanddeathrateweredeterminedtoselectthebestmethodforinducingtype2diabeticratsmodel.rype2diabeticratsmodelwassystematicallyevaluatedinbodyweight,plasmaglucose,hepaticglycogen
4、,plasmalipids,weightsofinternalorgans,aswellasinsulinanditscounter-regulatoryhormonelevels(glucagonsandcorticosterone).Accordingtothepurposeoftheexperiment,type2diabeticmodelwasinducedbybothhighlipidfoodandlowdoseofSTZ(30mg‘kg。1)inrats,hyperglycaemiainnormalratswasinducedbyglucose(2.5g,kg~
5、,i.P,)oradrenaline(300腭’kg一,i.P).Theanimalsweredividedintocontrolgroup,type2diabeticmodelgrouporhyperglycaemiamodelgroup,ROS(100,200mg’kg-1.d“)treatedgroupandmetformin(200mg‘kg-1.d。1)treatedgroup.Alldrugswereadiministeredbyintragastricadministration(i.g.).Resuits:Itwasfoundthathyperglycaem
6、iacouldbeinducedbyALX(i.p.)withagreatlydecreasedbodyweight.Hyperglycaemiacouldalsobeinducedbybothhi曲lipidfoodandlowdoseofSTZ(i.V.),butwithoutgoodregularity.HyperglycaemiainducedinnewlybornratsbySTZ(i.P.)wasnotfeasiblebecauseoflowachievementratio,longperiodandhighdeathrate.Onlythehyperglyca
