1、第60卷第8期化工学报Vol60No82009年8月CIESCJournalAugust2009研究论文熔盐法从铁尾矿中制取高纯白炭黑1,2121于洪浩,薛向欣,贺燕,黄大威12(东北大学材料与冶金学院,辽宁沈阳110004;沈阳理工大学材料科学与工程学院,辽宁沈阳110168)摘要:以铁尾矿和NaOH为原料、NaNO3为熔盐,在500下煅烧3h,使铁尾矿中的惰性SiO2转变成活性的硅酸钠相。以浸取硅酸钠溶液作为硅源,利用化学沉淀法成功制备了无定形
2、白炭黑。用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、透射电镜和X射线荧光光谱仪对制取白炭黑的物相结构、粒度形貌和成分含量进行分析。结果表明:白炭黑产品中的SiO2纯度为993%,化学结构为无定形的水合二氧化硅,形貌近似为球状粒子,粒径在100nm左右。白炭黑的比表面积(BET)为152m2g-1。关键词:铁尾矿;熔盐法;白炭黑;化学沉淀法中图分类号:TB321文献标识码:A文章编号:0438-1157(2009)08-2124-06Preparationofhighpurityprecipitated
