1、实用口腔医学杂志(JPractStomato1)2015Nov，31(6)·811·脉冲Nd：YAG激光辅助治疗中重度慢性牙周炎疗效分析郭旦斐李志韧李涛吕晓宁【摘要】目的：观察脉冲Nd：YAG激光辅助治疗中重度慢性牙周炎后牙槽骨变化及牙周附着水平的改善效果。方法：30名中、重度慢性牙周炎患者的同颌对称同名患牙随机分为对照组(超声龈下刮治+根面平整术)和实验组(超声龈下刮治+根面平整术+激光治疗)，每组55颗患牙。临床检查患牙治疗前与治疗后3、6个月牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)、垂直向附着丧失(CAL-V

2、)、出血指数(BI)、CBCT检查牙槽骨骨密度(ABD)和高度值(ABH)的改变。结果：术后3个月，实验组PPD、BI低于对照组(尸<0．05)，实验组CAL—V获得高于对照组(P<0．05)。术后6个月，实验组CAL—V获得、近远中位点ABD高于对照组(P<0．05)。结论：脉冲Nd：YAG激光辅助龈下刮治根面平整术治疗慢性中重度牙周炎，效果优于龈下刮治根面平整术。【关键字】慢性牙周炎；脉冲Nd：YAG激光；锥形束CT(CBCT)TheefectofpulsedNd：YAGlaserusedasa
