1、附件1广州市民办学校章程参考文本第一章总则第一条为了规范学校管理，实施依法治校，维护举办者、学校、教师及其他教育工作者、受教育者的合法权益，全面贯彻国家教育方针，促进学校持续、稳定、健康发展，根据《中华人民共和国教育法》和《民办教育促进法》等法律法规的规定，制定本章程。第二条学校的名称（名称应当符合《民办教育促进法》及其实施条例、《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》、民政部《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行规定》等有关法律法规的规定，与办学性质、层次等相适应，必须有中文名称，同时也可以有外文名称，但应先经过登记管理机关核准）。学校地址（应当载明详细地址：如广东省广州市××区××街
