1、南京林业大学本科毕业设计南京林业大学本科毕业设计题目：5m2蜂窝夹套式薄膜蒸发器设计学院：机械电子工程学院专业：过程装备与控制工程学号：070305119学生姓名：徐修国指导教师：华洁职称：讲师二O一一年五月三十日1南京林业大学本科毕业设计摘要薄膜蒸发器是蒸发器中的一种，又称机械搅拌式薄膜蒸发器，它是通过旋转的刮板将料液分散成薄膜，进而将物料浓缩和蒸发，具有传热效率高，蒸发速度快，物料停留时间短等优点，特别适合热敏性物质，高粘性，易结晶物质的蒸发，因此广泛应用于化工、制药、石油等行业。蜂窝夹套作为薄膜蒸发器中夹套结构形式的一种创新，是在传统夹套的基础上采用特殊的蜂窝结构，具

2、有更好的换热能力和传热效率，将蜂窝夹套用于薄膜蒸发器能更好的适应于现在的工业生产。本次毕业设计的课题来源于生产实践，在充分了解薄膜蒸发器的发展史、工作原理及其基本结构的基础上，对5m2蜂窝夹套式薄膜蒸发器进行结构设计，设计内容包括筒体、蜂窝夹套、转子等部件的尺寸确定及其强度校核。标准零部件是通过查阅GB150、HG20594等标准规范来选取。另外还需借助AutoCAD软件绘制装配图和筒体、转子、夹套等重要零部件视图。其目的是掌握常规容器的基本设计方法。关键词：薄膜蒸发器，蜂窝夹套，结构设计I南京林业大学本科毕业设计AbstractFilmevaporatorisakindo
