1、人工瓣膜置换治疗重症心脏瓣膜病的临床分析人工瓣膜置换治疗重症心脏瓣膜病的临床分析范永峰，张大国，向道康，刘秀伦贵州省人民医院心外科，贵州贵阳550002［摘要］目的探究在人工瓣膜置换中行房颤双极射频消融术治疗重症心脏瓣膜病的I缶床效果。方法随机选取2013年4月一2014年4月在该院接受治疗的80例重症心脏瓣膜病患者作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。给予对照组患者进行人工瓣膜置换术,对观察组实施人工瓣膜置换术的同时行房颤双极射频消融术。比较分析两组患者的术期情况和一年后的心脏彩超情况。结果对照组患者的即刻窦性心律恢复率为17.50%,明显低于观察组的90.00%;在一年

2、后的心脏彩超中，观察组的左房内径为(39.64±5.07)mm.肺动脉收缩压为(35.17±4.97)mmHg.左室射血分数为(57.09±5.87)%,对照组的相应值分别为(48.71±6.36)mm、(40.19±5.38)mmHg、(50.28±6.31)%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05X结论在人工瓣膜置换中行房颤双极射频消融术治疗重症心脏瓣膜病效果显著，值得临床推广应甩关键词人工瓣膜置换；治疗；重症心脏瓣膜病［中图分类号］R654.2［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2015)08(a)・0093・02ClinicalAnalysisofArtificia
