1、当前金融诈骗的特点及防范对策研究夕卜文题目：ResearchontheCharacteristicsandCountermeasuresofCurrentFinancialFraud经济迅速发展的今天，金融行业已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的重要部分，能够推动并促进其他行业的发展，金融行业在社会各行业中占有举足轻重的地位，金融诈骗在犯罪当中影响最大、危害最深，且诈骗金额巨大，诈骗技术不断更新，作案手段隐蔽。金融诈骗行为严重损害了人们的利益，阻碍了经济的发展,扰乱了市场经济秩序。因此，如何健全现有的金融秩序，完善相关制度，成为民众和金融机构密切关注的问题。本文在研究金融诈骗相关理

2、论的基础上，对金融诈骗罪的概念进行界定，并分析其特点及构成要素，总结出金融诈骗罪现行的种类，提出防范金融诈骗犯罪的对策，最后通过案例分析呈现出金融诈骗的过程，为以后的金融业预防金融诈骗提高借鉴和参考。在金融诈骗犯罪大要案不断增多的情况下，这些策略对强化金融诈骗犯罪的侦查能力，保证准确及时打击金融诈骗犯罪，保护社会资金运行的神经系统，不仅十分必要，而且具有现实性、紧迫性。从现实情况看，这些研究对完善金融诈骗犯罪刑事立法和丰富刑法理论也有着非常重要的意义。关键词：金融诈骗；特点；防范AbstractWiththerapideconomicdevelopment,thefinan
