2、足的进步。特别是进入1990年代后，行政诉讼法、国家赔偿法、行政复议法、行政处罚法、立法法以及行政许可法颁布实施，在我国民主与法制建设进程中具有里程碑意义。但法治行政建设中存在的问题还不少。比如，立法膨胀问题，行政立法中的利益倾向问题，注重实体立法轻视程序立法问题，执法中以权压法、以权力压制和侵犯权利的问题等等。本文试图从法治、法治行政的渊源开始，对法治行政建设过程中出现的问题进行分析，进而找出解决问题的方法与对策。论述了法治行政的基本内涵、主要特征、价值原则，以及法治行政的重要性，深入分析了法治行政建设中所面临的问题，并找出所面临问题的原因，最后提出一些推进行政法治化的具体策略。关键
