摘要目前,随着我国经济的逐步增长,人民生活水平的不断提高,居住条件日益改善,人们对生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,对中央空调的需求越来越大,对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。因此,设计一项节能、舒适、健康的中央空调工程是很有实际意义的。由于能源的紧缺,节能问题越来越引起人们的重视。因此迫切需要为商业建筑物安装配置节能、健康、舒适的中央空调系统来满足人们对高生活水平的追求。关键词:舒适性,中央空调设计,节能问题II 3空调系统方案的确定3.1空调系统的划分原则(1)能保证室内要求的参数,即在设计条件下和运行条件下均能保证达到室内温度、相对湿度、净化等要求;(2)初投资和运行费用综合起来较为经济;(3)尽量减少一个系统内的各房间相互不利的影响;(4)尽量减少风管长度和风管重叠,便于施工、管理和测试;(5)系统应与建筑物分区一致;(6)各房间或区的设计参数值和热湿比相接近污染物相同,可以划分成一个全空气系统;对于定风量单风道系统,还要求工作时间一致,负荷变化规律基本相同;(7)一般民用建筑中的全空气系统不宜过大,否则风管难于布置;系统最好不要跨楼层设置,需要跨楼层设置时,层数也不应过多这样有利于防火。3.2方案比较31 本设计为宾馆的空调系统设计,系统的选定应注意档次和安全的要求,按负担室内空调负荷所用的介质来分类可选择四种系统——全空气系统、空气—水系统、全水系统、冷剂系统。全空气系统分一次回风式系统和二次回风式系统,该系统是全部由处理过的空气负担室内空调冷负荷和湿负荷;空气—水系统分为再热系统和诱导器系统并用、全新风系统和风机盘管机组系统并用;全水系统即为风机盘管机组系统,全部由水负担室内空调负荷,在注重室内空气品质的现代化建筑内一般不单独采用,而是与新风系统联合运用;冷剂系统分单元式空调器系统、窗式空调器系统、分体式空调器系统,它是由制冷系统蒸发器直接放于室内消除室内的余热和余湿。对于较大型公共建筑,建筑内部的空气品质级别要求较高,全水系统和冷剂系统只能消除室内的余热和余湿,不能起到改善室内空气品质的作用,所以全水系统和冷剂系统在本次的建筑空调设计时不宜采用。一层和二层门厅、过道等,因为其面积比较大,而且人口流动密度大,所以所需要的冷量较大,新风量也比较大,所以对其进行空调系统设计,应该把该层空调系统设计为全空气系统。因而选用了空气处理机组,采用全空气夏季一次回风,散流器下送方式。三至九层,面积较小,所需冷量较小,所以采用空气盘管加独立全新风系统。综上所述,拟采全空气系统和用风机盘管加新风系统,风机盘管的新风供给方式用单设新风系统,独立供给室内。4空调设备选择计算空调设备的选择主要包括末端设备、空调机组、改善空气品质设备、及空调节能与热回收设备,在选择设备之前必须先进行计算,根据具体安装位置选择合适的设备、最后进行校核计算。4.1全空气系统机组选择一楼:1001夏季一次回风:=========================送风量kg/h:11733.2新风量kg/h:2562.84回风量kg/h:9170.32新风比%:21.84热湿比:7147.6-------------------------机组总冷量kW:69.206室内冷负荷kW:50.47新风负荷kW:18.736再热冷负荷kW:0-------------------------总湿负荷kg/s:0.0119036室内湿负荷kg/s:0.00706111新风湿负荷kg/s:0.00484695-------------------------混风点-C:大气压力Pa:100287干球温度℃:26.9湿球温度℃:21.131 4-2焓湿图Chart4-2enthalpywetchart(5)风机盘管的冷量本设计中,风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷,新风处理到室内焓值,不承担室内负荷。5空调风系统设计5.1气流组织分布对于室温允许波动的范围有要求的空调房间,一般能够满足区域温差的要求,该设计采用散流器平送顶棚回风的气流组织形式,送出的气流为贴附于顶棚的射流。射流下侧吸卷室内空气,射流在近墙下降。顶棚上的回风口远离散流器。工作区为回流区,该模式的通风效率低于侧送风,换气效率约为0.3-0.6。侧送风口的安装离顶棚距离越近,且又以15~20度仰角向上送风时,则可加强贴附,借以增加射流。合理地组织气流流线的问题,主要是考虑送风口的位置,回风口的影响较小,对于局部热源应尽可能处在工作区的下风侧或者接近回风。设计侧顶送风口的调节应达到一下的要求:(1)各风管之间风量调节;(2)射流轴线水平方向的调节,使送风速度均匀,射流轴线不偏斜;(3)水平面扩散角的调节。(4)竖向仰角的调节,一般以向上10~20度的仰角,加强贴附,增加射程;风机盘管加独立新风系统使风机盘管暗装于天花板,采用上侧送风,同侧上部回风的形式。送风气流贴附于顶棚,工作区处于回流区中。送风与室内空气混合充分,工作区的风速较低,温度湿度比较均匀,适用于小空间的客房及其他要求舒适性较高的场所。该气流分布排出的空气污染浓度或温度基本上等于工作区的浓度和温度,也就是说通风效率Ev和温度效率Et接近于1,但换气效率η较低,一般在0.2-0.55。表5-1公共建筑风管建议风速编号管段建议流速最大流速1风机吸入口4.0-5.05.0-7.32风机出口6.5-10.07.5-11.03主风管5.0-6.55.5-8.04支风管3.0-4.54.0-6.55支管上接出的风管3.0-4.54.0-6.05.2散流器以及侧送风口选择计算散流器送风气流分布设计步骤为首先布置散流器,然后预选散流器,最后校核射流的射程和室内平均风速。31 散流器布置的原则是:(1)布置时充分考虑建筑结构的特点,散流器平送方向不得有障碍物(如柱);一般按对称布置或梅花形布置;(2)每个方行散流器所服务的区域最好为正方形或接近正方形;(3)如果散流器服务区的长度比大于1.25时,宜选用矩形散流器;如果采用顶棚回风,则回风口应布置在距散流器最远处。(4)散流器送风气流分布计算,主要选用合适的散流器,使房间内风速满足设计要求。散流器送风选用散流器平送方式,一般用于室温允许波动范围有要求,送风射流沿着顶棚径向流动形成贴附射流,保证工作区稳定而均匀的温度和风速。为保证贴附射流有足够的射程,并不产生较大噪声,所以选顶散流器喉部风速νd=2~5m/s,最大风速不得超过6m/s,送热风时取较大值。具体选择过程以一层商场为例一层散流器气流组织计算一层总面积1018.6㎡散流器下送风气流组织计算:面积633.28㎡1)布置散流器。将空调区进行划分,设每个散流器射流平面积为49㎡,则空调区被分为13个小区域,每个区域为一个散流器的服务区,则散流器的数量为13个。2)选用方形散流器,假定散流器喉部风速为Vd为3.5m/s,则单个散流器喉部面积为Qv/VdN,计算如下:Qv/VdN=4/3.5×13=0.09㎡选用喉部尺寸为300x300的方形散流器,则喉部实际风速为Vd’=3.3m/s。散流器实际出口面积约为喉部面积的90%,则散流器的有限流通面积F=90%x0.30x0.30=0.081㎡散流器出口风速为Vo=3.3/0.9=3.67m/s,符合喉口风速2~5m/s。3)计算射程X=1.4x3.67x0.28/0.5-0.07=2.8m散流器中心到区域边界距离为3m。根据要求,散流器的射程应为散流器中心到房间或区域边缘距离的75%,所需最小射程为:3mx0.75=2.25m,2.8m>2.25m,因此射程满足要求。4)计算室内平均风速Vx=0.381x2.8/5.41=0.197m/s夏季工况送冷风,则室内平均风速为0.197x1.2=0.24m/s,满足舒适性夏季室内风速不应大于0.3m/s的要求。5)校核轴心温差衰减ΔTx/ΔTo≈Vx/VdΔTx≈0.91℃满足舒适性空调温度波动范围±1℃的要求。门厅上空侧送风:面积333㎡侧送风气流组织计算:1)设出风口沿房间宽度方向送风,且出风口离墙面0.5M,则贴附射流长度:X=(13.2-0.5-0.5)=12.2m2)取ΔTx=1℃,则ΔTx/ΔTo=0.167.得相对射程最小值X/D=16.6由1),2)计算结果得Do,max=0.73m3)选用双层百叶风口600mmx500mm,其当量直径为Do=0.62m31 4)双层百叶风口断面系数ψ约为0.8则风口的实际出风速度Vo=3m/s,风口1个。5)计算自由度为11.16)取下限计算允许的最大的出口风速Vo,max=3.2m/s>3m/s.满足Vo≤Vo,max7)计算阿基米德数Ar=0.012,得实际相对贴附长度20,实际贴附长度X=(20x0.62)=12.4,大于要求贴附长度X=8.68m房间要求高度为H’=h+0.07X+S+0.3=3.3m<3.55m,满足。5.3风口的设置风口对气流组织有着关键断作用,根据送回风量,选择合适的风口,均匀分配,同时避免柱和梁的阻挡。最大可能的减少风量扰动对气流产生的负面效应。本工程设在计中采用了以下措施:(1)新风口应尽量靠近风机盘管的送风口,目的让新风与室内回风混合均匀;(2)送风口尺寸放大。变风量末端在调节时产生的风速变化会使人感到不舒适,这在大风量送风口尤为明显。解决这个问题的最简单方法是加大吊顶风口的尺寸,尽可能减少出风速度,使这种风速的变化带来的影响微乎其微。一般可将送风口的额定流量加大一档;(3)增强吊顶贴附效应。使吊顶平面保持平整,尽量使吊顶面的凸凹远离送风口。这其中主要包括灯具、水喷淋头和火灾报警探头,两者间须隔开一定的距离;(4)回风口不应设在射流区和人员长时间停留的地方;(5)采用侧送时,回风口宜设在送风口的同侧,采用孔板或散流器下送时,散流器宜设在下部;采用顶棚回风时,回风口与照明灯具宜组合成一体;(6)回风口的回风量应能调节,可采用带有对开多叶调节阀的回风口,也可采用设在回风支管上的调节阀。5.4风系统水力计算5.4.1计算方法在系统和设备布置、风管材料、各送排风点的位置和风量均已确定的基础上进行,采用假定流速法,其计算方法和步骤如下:(1)绘制通风或空调系统轴测图,对各管段进行编号,标注长度和风量;(2)确定合理的空气流速;(3)根据各风管的风量和选择的流速确定各管段的断面尺寸,计算摩擦阻力和局部阻力;(4)并联管路的阻力平衡;(5)计算系统的总阻力;5.4.2通风管道的选择在风管的选择上,圆风管的强度虽大,耗钢量虽小,但占有有效空间较大,不易布置且不美观。矩形风管由于容易布置,多用于明装和管道布置复杂的地点。矩形风管中,方形风管阻力较小,耗钢量小。采用矩形风管时,宽高比应小于4为宜。风管材料应考虑适合和经济,内部光滑,易于安装,就地取材等因素。在本设计中,选用镀锌钢板制作的矩形风管。风管尺寸以外径为标准。5.4.3风道布置原则(1)合理利用空间,并同建筑结构配合,尽量考虑到美观;31 (2)不能影响工艺及操作;(3)管路应尽量短,且转弯少,便于施工与制作;(4)考虑到运行调节的灵活性。5.4.4风管设计(1)风管材料的选用:采用镀锌钢板制作,其优点是不燃烧、易加工、耐久,也较经济。空调风管保温材料采用带铝箔的离心超细玻璃棉板,厚度为40mm(用塑料钉固定在风管上),外缠玻璃布保护层。(2)风管形式的确定:由于采用定风量系统,而且建筑本身的负荷不是很大,所以系统的送风量也不是很多,所以采用了低速系统,又因为技术夹层的限制,在这里不能再布置圆管,采用矩形方管的型式,并且矩形风管具有易布置,弯头及三通等部件的尺寸较圆形风管的部件小,且容易加工的优点。所以在本设计中的所有风管都为矩形方管。在个别的管路中(总干管和总支管),风速还是比较大的。对于普通低速定风量系统,风管的末端就是风口,风速过高引发的再生噪音会通过风管传到风口,进入室内。因此在机房出口位置增加一个消声器,减少噪音的传播。5.4.5风管水力计算设计中全部采用矩形风道,根据要求的流量分配,利用假定流速法来确定管径和阻力。对于低速风管风速,总管和总支管为6~8m/s,无送、回风口支管为5~7m/s,有送、回风口支管为3~5m/s;回风口的吸风速度为4.0~5.0m/s新风入口的流速为4.0~4.5m/s。风管布置时考虑到施工时的法兰连接及维修空间,保温层厚度后风管离墙>150mm,距柱、梁>50mm,各种管道间距>100mm(由于水管、风管并不在同一水平面上,作图时各管间距控制在100mm即可,未考虑保温层厚度)。阻力管段中流体流动的阻力分为沿程阻力和局部阻力。系统总阻力为最不利环路的阻力与管路末端的风口阻力之和。设计计算步骤:1.绘制系统轴测图,标注各管段长度和风量;2.选定最不利环路,划分管段,选定流速;3.根据给定风量和选定流速,计算管道断面尺寸a×b,并使其符合通风管道的统一规格。再用规格化了的断面尺寸及风量,算出风道内实际流速;4.根据风量L或实际流速v和断面当量直径D查手册得到单位长度的摩擦阻力Rm;5.计算各段的局部阻力;6.计算各段总阻力;7.检查并联管路的阻力平衡情况。以3层风管系统图管段1为例,新风管道的最不利环路水力计算:1、管段的风量为0.06m3/s,管长4.35m,假定流速3m/s,查《暖通空调常用数据手册》,选择管道尺寸160*120,动压=5.4Pa,比摩阻=1.07Pa/m2、根据风量和管道尺寸,反算流速m/s速度在范围之内3、沿程阻力损失4、局部阻力损失—动压—局部阻力系数31 备注2:其他各管段阻力计算均采用这种方法。6空调水系统设计6.1空调水系统设计原则空调水系统设计应坚持的设计原则是:(1)力求水力平衡;(2)防止大流量小温差;(3)水输送系数要符合规范要求;(4)变流量系统宜采用变频调节;(5)要处理好水系统的膨胀与排气;(6)要解决好水处理与水过滤;(7)要注意管网的保冷与保暖效果。6.2空调水系统方案的确定空调水系统按照管道的布置形式和工作原理,主要分为以下几种类型:(1)按供、回水管道数量,分为:双管制、三管制和四管制;(2)按供、回水在管道内的流动关系,分为:同程式和异程式;(3)按供、回水干管的布置形式,分为:水平式和垂直式;(4)按原理分为:开式和闭式;(5)按调节方式分为:定流量和变流量。本系统冷热源的供冷、供热用地源热泵机组供给,由于房间不需要同时供冷、供热,且该设计中管路不与大气接触,在每层水系统的最高点和系统的最高点设排气阀,以排除系统中积存的空气,故选用闭式双管式系统,冷水、热水共同使用一个管路,系统简单,初投资较低。干管的布置采用垂直同程式,一级泵、水泵变流量系统。6.3冷水系统的水力计算6.3.1计算方法采用假定流速法,其计算方法如下:(1)绘制冷水系统图,对管段编号,标注长度和流量;(2)确定合理的流速;(3)根据各个管段的水量和选择流速确定管段的直径,计算摩擦阻力和局部阻力;(4)并联管路的阻力平衡;(5)计算系统的总阻力;6.3.2冷水系统水力计算举例本设计水系统为垂直同程,水平同程,选择一层的一条主计算环路进行水力计算。绘制计算环路的轴测图,标出各段标号、长度、流量、管径,列表计算沿程和局部阻力损失。其水力计算与风管相似,计算过程如下表所示:31 表6-2凝结水管管径参考值冷负荷选用管径Q≤7kWDN=20mm7.1~17.6kWDN=25mm17.6~100kWDN=32mm101~176kWDN=40mm177~598kWDN=50mm本设计中,各层冷凝水汇总于干管后直接排放至卫生间的地漏中。7制冷机房的设计与布置7.1螺杆式冷水机组选择计算整栋大楼的最大冷负荷Q=434kW,考虑风机、风管、水管、冷水管及水箱温升引起的附加冷负荷,修正后:Q=1.1×434=477kW该办公楼的总设计负荷为477kW。选择1台螺杆式冷水机组W-LSLGF850IV,制冷量845kW,这研发就能满足满足要求。W-LSLGF850IV机组尺寸:W=3600mm,H=1800mm,L=1800mm。制冷机组的清洗、安装、试漏、加油、抽真空、充加制冷剂、调试等事宜,应严格按照制造厂提供的《使用说明书》进行;同时,还应遵守《制冷设备、空气分离设备安装工程施工及验收规范》(JBJ30-96)和《压缩机、风机、泵安装工程施工及验收规范》(JBJ29-96)以及其它有关规范、标准中的各项规定。7.2循环水泵,冷却塔,以及膨胀水箱的选择7.2.1冷冻水泵的选择冷冻水泵的选型主要注意以下几点:(1)首先要满足最高运行工况的流量和扬程,并使水泵的工作状态点处于高效率范围;(2)泵的流量和扬程应有10~20﹪的富裕量;(3)多台泵并联运行时,应尽可能选择同类型号水泵;(4)选泵时必须考虑系统静压对泵体的影响,注意水泵壳体和填料的承压能力以及轴向推力对密封环和轴封的影响,在选用水泵时应注明所承受的静压值,必要时有制造厂家做特殊处理。由前面水系统的水力计算知该建筑空调系统的最大冷水流量为G=76.4l/s,取15%的富裕量,则G=76.4×1.15=87.5l/s。本设计采用4分成设计,采用4立管冷冻水系统,一层G=24.56l/s,二层G=18.4l/s,三层G=18.4l/s,四至九层G=14.7l/s,采用四水泵并联,查的上海虹桥冷冻水水泵,水泵型号HQ-125-200A,流量41.7l/s,扬程44m,选用4台。一层水管阻力102KPa,二层90KPa,三层103KPa,四至九层460KPa31 表7-1设备的阻力编号项目阻力kPa编号项目阻力kPa1集水器阻力52分水器阻力18.23制冷机组阻力17244至9最不利循环管路106计算得总阻力为301.2kPa,考虑富裕量后得总阻力为P=301.2×1.15=346.5kPa,所需泵的扬程为39.1m,同理得,一层水泵所需扬程37.6m,二层水泵所需扬程33.2m,三层水泵所需扬程38m。表7-2水泵参数表型号HQ-125-200A转速r/min2950流量l/s41.7扬程m44效率%76电机功率kW30重量kg365同理冷却水泵根据冷水螺杆机组冷却水水流量分别为KCW2180B=138m3/h,KCW2140B=101m3/h,KCW1130=B98m3/h选用ISW80-200(I),流量36.1l/s,扬程42m,4台并联。冷却塔,根据4台螺杆式冷水机组的总冷却水水流量337m3/h,选择2台NCT225,流量196m3/h,功率5.5KW,共2台。膨胀水箱采用标准1m3水箱1台。7.2.2冷冻(却)水泵布置进行水泵的配管布置时,应注意以下几点:(1)安装软性接管,在连接水泵的吸入管和压出管上安装软性接管,有利于降低和减弱水泵的噪声和振动的传递;(2)出口装止回阀,目的是为了防止突然断电时水逆流而使水泵受损;(3)水泵的吸入管和压出管上应分别设进口阀和出口阀,目的是便于水泵不运行时能不排空系统内的存水而进行检修;(4)水泵的出水管上应装有温度计和压力表,以利检测。如果水泵从低位水箱吸水,吸水管上还应该安装真空表;(5)水泵基础高出地面的高度应小于0.1m,地面应设排水沟。7.3水系统附件的设计7.3.1集水器和分水器的设计集水器和分水器实际上是一段大管径的管子,只是在其上按设计要求焊接上若干不同管径的管接头,一般是为了便于连接通向各个环路的许多并联管道而设置的,分水器用于供水管路上,集水器用于回水管路上,在一定程度上也起到均压作用。集水器和分水器的直径,可按并联接管的总流量通过集水器和分水器时的断面流速v=1.0~1.531 m/s来确定。流量特别大时,允许增大流速,但最大不宜超过4m/s。集水器和分水器都用无缝钢管制作。选用的管壁和封头板的厚度以及焊接作法应按耐压要求确定。集水器和分水器应设温度计、压力表,底部应有排污管接口,一般选用DN50,两者之间应设均压管,配管间距应考虑两阀门手轮之间便于操作来确定。根据经验公式D=(1.5~3.0)dmax,得分水器和集水器的管径为D=1.5×150=225mm(取250mm)7.3.2除污器和水过滤器在水系统中的水泵、换热器、孔板以及表冷器(冷热盘管)、加热器等设备入口上设过滤器。对于表冷器和加热器可在总入口或分支管路上设过滤器。常用Y型过滤器,也可采用国家标准的除污器。减压稳定阀前也应装设Y型过滤器。除污器和水过滤器的型号都是按连接管管径选定,连接管的管径应与干管的管径相同。在选定除污器和水过滤器时应重视它的耐压要求和安装检修的场地要求。除污器和水过滤器的前后,应该设置闸阀,供它们在定期检修时与水系统切断之用;安装时必须注意水流方向;在系统运转和清洗管路的初期,宜把其中的滤芯卸下,以免损坏。7.3.3阀门水系统的阀门可采用闸阀、止回阀、球阀,对于大管路可采用蝶阀,选用阀门时,应和系统的承压能力相适应,阀门型号应与连接管管径相同。阀门的作用一为检修时关断用,一为调节用。当需定量调节流量时,可采用平衡阀。平衡阀可以兼作流量测定、流量调节、关断和排污用。一般在下列地点设阀门:(1)水泵的进口和出口;(2)系统的总入口、总出口;各分支环路的入口和出口;(3)热交换器、表冷器、加热器、过滤器的进出水管;(4)自动控制阀双通阀的两端、三通阀的三端,以及为手动运行的旁通阀上;(5)放水及放气管上;(6)压力表的接管上。7.4水系统安装要求(1)冷水管设有0.003的坡度,当多管再一起敷设时,各管路坡向最好相同,以便采用共用支架。如因条件限制热水和冷水管道可无坡度敷设,但管内水流速不得小于0.25m/s,并应考虑在变水量调节时,亦不应小于此值。(2)冷水管路的每个最高点(当无坡度敷设时,在水平管水流的终点)设排气装置(集气罐或自动排气阀)。对于自动排气阀应考虑其损坏或失灵时易于更换的关断措施,即在其与管道连接处设一个阀门。手动集气罐的排气管应接到水池或地漏,排气管上的阀门应便于操作;自动排气阀的排气管也最好接至室外或水池等,以防止其失灵漏水时,流到室内或顶棚上。(3)与水泵接管及大管与小管连接时,应防止气囊产生。大管需由小管排气时,大管与小管的连接应为顶平,以防大管中产生气囊。(4)系统的最低点设单独放水的设备(如表冷器、加热器等)的下部应设带阀门的放水管,并接入地漏或漏斗。作为系统刚开始运行时冲刷管路和管路检修时放水之用。(5)空调器、风机盘管等的表冷器(冷盘管)当处于负压段时,其冷凝水的排水管设有水封,且排水管应有不小于0.01的坡度。凝结水管径较大时,最好作圆水封筒。(6)空调机房内应设地漏,以排出喷水室的放水,水泵、阀门可能的漏水和表冷器的凝结水。地面的坡度应坡向地漏,地面应作防水处理。或者将可能有水的地方周围设围堰,围堰内设地漏,地面要防水。31 (7)定水泵连接管离地0.6m,冷水机组连接管离地0.6m,分集水器连接管离地1.2m,冷却塔进回水管高差0.9m.水管穿墙应安装套管,内部用泡沫材料充实。盘管进出水管等高等低取0.3m.8管道保温与防腐8.1管道保温8.1.1保温目的(1)提高冷、热量的利用率,避免不必要的冷、热损失,保证空调的设计运行参数。(2)当空调风道送冷风时,防止其表面温度可能低于或等于周围空气的露点温度,使表面结露,加速传热;同时可防止结露对风道的腐蚀。8.1.2保温材料的选用保温材料的热工性能主要取决于其导热系数,导热系数越大,说明性能越差,保温效果也越差,因此选择导热系数低的保温材料是首要原则。同时综合考虑保温材料的吸水率、使用温度范围、使用寿命、抗老化性、机械强度、防火性能、造价及经济性,在本设计中对供回水管及风管的保温材料均采用带有网格线铝箔帖面的防潮离心玻璃棉。8.1.3保温厚度保温厚度见下表:8.1.4保温经济厚度关于经济厚度,要考虑以下一些因素:(1)保温材料的类型及造价(包括各种施工、管理等费用);(2)冷(热)损失对系统的影响;(3)空调系统及冷源形式;(4)保温层所占的空间对整个建筑投资的影响;(5)保温材料的使用寿命。表8-1保温层厚度保温位置被保温管径最小保温厚度实际保温厚度吊顶内DN15~251925DN32~802230≥DN1002530室外DN15~323240DN40~803640≥DN1004050空调房间凝结水管915非空调房间1320通过对现有大量工程的实际调研,结合实际情况,本设计以上表作为经济厚度的参考,供回水管及风管的保温材料选用25mm厚的采用带有网格线铝箔帖面的防潮离心玻璃棉。8.2管道防腐防腐目的:防止金属表面的外部腐蚀并保护好涂料层。31 9消声与减震设计9.1消声与隔声设计1)设计通风与空调系统时,应通过声学计算,使通风机的噪声频率特性与消音器提供的频带衰减量之差,保持小于或等于室内允许的噪声频率特性;2)通风、空调和制冷机房的位置,宜布置在远离对隔振和消声有较严格要求的房间的位置,机房内部的噪声控制,应以隔振和隔声为主,吸声为辅;3)通风机和空调系统产生的噪音,当自然衰减不能达到允许的标准时,应设置消声器或采用其他消声措施。系统所需要的消声量,应通过计算确定;4)选择消声器,应根据系统所需消声量、噪声源频率特性和消声器的声学性能及空气动力特性等因素,经济技术比较,分别采用抗性、阻性和阻抗复合消声器;5)选用机械设备时,要选择效果好、噪声低的产品;6)经过消声处理后的风管,不宜穿越产生较高噪音的房间。噪声较高的风管,不宜穿越要求保持较低噪声的房间,当无法避免时,应对风管进行隔声处理;7)设计风道时要注意风速,考虑风道自然消声,在设计弯头时加设导流叶片,尽可能的减少空气涡流现象;8)在设计送回风处加贴软性吸声材料;9)注意风管的连接方法,防止串声事故发生;10)避免外界噪声传入风管内;11)机房尽量远离要求安静的房间。安静条件要求不同的房间不要共用一个系统,以防止他们之间串声。9.2减振设计9.2.1冷冻机、水泵及风机等设备的减振1)制冷机、水泵和通风机,宜固定在隔振基座上,隔振基座可以用钢筋混凝土板或型钢加工而成。中、低压离心通风机的隔振基座,宜采用型钢机构;2)每台设备宜采用单独的隔振基座,不宜设计成多台合用基座;3)常用的隔振材料有软木、海绵乳胶、玻璃纤维、防震橡胶、金属弹簧和空气弹簧。9.2.2管道减振管道隔振一般是通过设置柔性接管和悬吊或支撑的减振器来实现。水泵的进出水口处应配置橡胶柔性接管。设备与管道之间配置绕性接管或软接后,还要采取支撑会悬吊支架隔振装置。10排风与通风设计卫生间内不设回风,卫生间排风换气次数为10次/小时,在卫生间内设置排风扇,机械排风,以形成负压。使卫生间内空气清新,不会使脏空气到达其他房间,污染其他房间环境。这样可以使空气直接排出室外。地下室设置机械排风,换气次数为10次/小时,由门缝送入新的空气,使地下室空气流通,空气新鲜。建筑火灾烟气是造成人员伤亡的主要原因。因为烟气中的有害成分或缺氧使人直接中毒或窒息死亡;烟气的遮光作用又使人逃生困难而被困于火灾区。因此防火排烟在建筑设计中显得尤为重要。31 烟气控制的主要目的是在建筑物内部创造无烟或烟气含量极低的疏散通道或安全区。烟气的控制实质是控制烟气的合理流动。主要方法有:1)隔断与阻挡、墙、楼板、门都具有隔断烟气传播的作用。为了防止火势蔓延和烟气传播,各国的法规中对建筑内部间隔作了明文规定,规定建筑中必须划分防火分区。2)排烟利用自然或机械作用力,将烟气排到室外,称之为排烟。3)加压防烟指用风机把一定量的室外空气送入一房间或通道内,使室外保持一定压力或门洞内有一定得流速,以避免烟气侵入。31 结论通过毕业设计,本人巩固了四年来所学的知识,把所学的各学科知识串成了一个整体,对空调系统有了一个比较完整的认识和了解,并系统的掌握了设计的过程和方法。至于本系统的设计方案,也只能以合理来形容,因为受本身的思维和知识水平限制,导致设计中缺少创新之处。虽然成果不是很完美,但毕竟是经过自己斟酌后一步一步做出来的,这点使我在遗憾之余感到些许欣慰。在设计中的每一步,我都做了认真的考虑,在这样点滴考虑与思量的过程中,我摸索到空调设计的要点,更加清晰地了解了整个设计过程。借助于鸿业和天正暖通软件,我完成了相关图纸的设计。相信本人在以后的工作过程中,理论结合实践,经过不懈的努力,在本专业方面会有更大的进步。经过一学期的不懈努力,终于圆满完成了《北京市博文办公楼空调设计》,硕果颇丰,其中有自己的艰苦付出,也离不开指导老师的言传身教。从毕业设计开始到结束,老师经常给我们进行设计辅导,为方便设计提供了大量的资料,并经常和我们交流,指出设计中的优点与不足。在此感谢老师对我的帮助和指导。由于本人能力有限,时间仓促,本设计中还存在许多不足之处,请各位老师、同学批评指正,在以后的工程设计中我将积极改正。31
