5、fortheenduser’sinternalbusinessoperationsubjecttothetermsofsuchagreement,providethatsuchenduserisresponsiblefortheagent’s,contractor’sandcontractor’scompliancewiththeenduserlicenseagreementinsuchuse.Forprogramsthatarespecificallydesignedtoallowtheenduser’

6、scustomersandsupplierstointeractwiththeenduserinthefurtheranceoftheenduser’sinternalbusinessoperation,suchusemaybeallowedundertheenduserlicenseagreement.Oracle’slicensedefinitionsandrulesaresubjecttochange.仅限为最终用户的内部业务运营之目的的使用程序，且应受制于最终用户许可协议的约束，包括订购文件及程序
