2、得了长期的快速发展，已经逐渐演变为中国经济新的支撑点和社会主义经济重要组成部分。受世界经济影响，我国经济增速下行，实体企业营业率下降，进而对我国以零售业为经营主业的民营企业发展带来压力。民营企业要取得发展不仅仅依靠技术和管理，还离不开企业精神、企业文化的支撑。经济形势越复杂，越需要体现企业精神，越能考验企业的价值观，企业文化的凝聚力，也越能体现文化的价值，文化犹如一个企业的灵魂、用来沉淀企业的精神。本文所选的实证研究企业是辽宁省最大的民营商业集团XL集团，通过系统研究该企业的创业发展以及发展中逐渐成熟的企业文
3、化发展历程，引发我们对民营企业文化建设的再思考过程。本文通过总结XL民营企业文化建设的经验和不足，从实际情况入手，通过对本地百货商场的研究，再对照国内外先进的百货商场——美国的沃尔玛和河南的胖东来等成功企业的成功经验和不足，进行综合对比，分析问题，找出原因，取长补短，试图为我国民营企业文化建设提供对策和相关政策建议并对国内的百货商场起到一定的示范带动作用。关键词：民营企业；XL集团；企业文化建设IAbstractAbstractChineseprivateenterprisesrelyingonthepoli
