1、题的成因主要有几个:首先是流程方面的问题,现有流程比较陈旧已经不适合指导实际工作;其次是工作职责方面,没有清晰的定义流程衔接环节的负责人;然后是人员方面,提高采购质量管理人员的能力也是势在必行;最后是重中之重就是要对供应商的能力有一个提升的措施。针对这些原因分析结果,制定了一系列的改进措施。为确保这些改善措施能够持续有效,一系列的实施保障措施也随之建立,以规范化、信息化和固定化的管理机制确保改进措施的长期有效性。本文对采购质量组织架构、流程文件和人员培训方面也提出了改进建议。通过这一系列的改善,将博世长春采购质量管理工作建立并完善,使采购质
