1、心血管康复医学杂志2014年2月第23卷第1期ChinJCardiovascRehabilMed,December2014,Vo1.23No.143·临床研究·一硫辛酸对ApoE基因敲除小鼠明胶酶的影响刘春辉,贺兆发,乔峰,李奕宏摘要:目的:探讨一硫辛酸(a—LA)对ApoE基因敲除小鼠血清明胶酶[基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)一2、MMP一9]的影响。方法:3o只ApoE基因敲除小鼠按数字法被随机均分为高脂模型组、a—LA组、辛伐他汀组,于高脂饮食16周后,分别给予生理盐水、—LA、辛伐他汀灌胃,另取1O只G57BL/6J小鼠,于正常饮食后给予生理盐水灌胃作为正常对照组。8周后
2、测血清MMP一2、MMP一9值。结果:与高脂模型组比较,a—LA组小鼠血清MMP一2[(680.24±49.25)t~g/L比(528.47-4-56.64)/2g/L]、MMP一9[(745.84-4-56.43)#g/L比(530.77土64.25)/zg/L]水平下降,差别有显著性(P均O.05)。结论:a一硫辛酸与辛伐他汀相似,可抑制血清明胶酶水平,起到稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。关键词:硫辛酸;明胶酶A;明胶酶B文章编号:1008—0074(2014)O1—43一O3中图分类号:Q956文献标识码:ADoi:10.3
