2、型组生理盐水灌胃，治疗组给予四物汤灌胃，正常组给予生理盐水，连用7d后，检测外周血象、肝脾湿重；提取肝脏线粒体蛋白质，用双向电泳等蛋白质组学技术测定大鼠肝线粒体中有影响的蛋白质。结果模型组大鼠出现萎靡、苍白等血虚症状，肝脾明显肿大，红细胞数和血红蛋白量明显降低，白细胞、网织红细胞计数明显升高(尸
